Description: Artisanal Collective seeks a proven, tech-savvy CEO to lead its two contracted for-profit platforms: SynovaX (AI/LLM infrastructure) and WH Collection (ethical commerce and experiential brand). While the CEO is employed through the nonprofit, they are responsible for execution, P&L accountability, and team-building across both platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution and delivery of SynovaX’s AI learning system across multiple regions
- Oversee brand and revenue strategy for WH Collection, including commerce rollouts
- Coordinate with cross-sector task forces, ministries, and donors
- Serve as the primary strategic operator under the founder’s vision
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in AI, digital product scaling, or systems deployment
- Familiarity with nonprofit/public sector funding models and hybrid structures
- Experience operating in multicultural or Global South environments
