Description: Artisanal Collective is seeking a senior program delivery lead to serve as COO for SynovaX, its AI-powered learning platform. The role includes oversight of country-level deployments, regional program managers, and technical consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SynovaX’s implementation globally
- Supervise regional managers and remote delivery consultants
- Ensure field execution timelines, learning integrity, and feedback loops
Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years of experience managing complex multi-country learning or tech deployments
- Strong coordination skills with governments and grassroots organizations
- Mission-aligned with tech for public good
Location: Global (preferably Asia-accessible; Remote + Travel)
