- AI Learning Module – Phase 1 – Creates personalized learning paths through GPT-powered tools that help artisans improve skills and document their craft traditions.
- Operational Deployment & Scaling – Expands local digital hubs, diaspora networks, and regional training clusters to bring these systems to life.
- UNESCO + ICOM Governance & Ethics – Ensures heritage integrity, fair IP, and cultural consent under international oversight.
