Smart Infrastructure for a Living Cultural Economy

Empowering Artisans, Preserving Heritage, and Scaling Cultural Intelligence

Hantverkskollektiv builds scalable, regenerative cultural infrastructure that preserves heritage, empowers artisan economies, and drives economic resilience through storytelling campaign, AI, och commerce. Our systems ensure long-term visibility for marginalized artisans while aligning with key development goals. With 300 million artisans excluded from formal systems, we offer not programs, but durable and dignified systems that unlock long-term visibility and value for artisans, communities, and development institutions.

  • Artisanal Collection + Artisan Lorvée
Branded e-commerce solution for ethical commerce of uniquely designed, curated artisan products, solving the problem that poor artisans cannot afford inventory and need steady income year-round.
  • Möte Resor
Cultural tourism with optional voluntourism, featuring visits and engagements at artisan communities, ensuring communities are ready to receive tourism support and drive sustainable growth.

Growth & Expansion Programs:

  • Artisan In-Residence, Living Artisan Villages, Fête des Artisans
Flagship programs for artisan residency, cultural tourism, och market access, generating brand licencing fees and fostering joint investments from the private sector and governments to create lasting economic impact.

Revenue Streams

The Artisanal Collective ecosystem is designed to generate diversified, scalable revenue across multiple cultural sectors:

  • Cultural Heritage LLM Licensing: Global with nationally localized LLMs—co-owned with partner governments—generate licensing income from universities, AI platforms, search engines, cultural institutions, and consumer applications. These models enable new monetization pathways for heritage-based knowledge and content.
  • Encounter Journeys & Ethical Tourism: Revenue from curated cultural tourism offerings—including guided itineraries, community-hosted visits, and craft-making lessons. By Year 3, Encounter Journeys are projected to generate several hundred million dollars.
  • Branded Cultural Commerce: This model enables poor artisans to earn income without inventory investment. Products are sold in bulk for gifting and procurement by corporations, institutions, and consumers—providing steady, year-round revenue to the artisans. All items are curated under the Artisanal Collective brands to ensure quality, authenticity, and economic impact.
  • Digital Media & Storytelling Campaign IP: Den Madame Planet animated storytelling campaign series—co-produced with Barbara Pyle (original producer of Kapten Planet)—will generate substantial viewership across YouTube and digital channels, targeting hundreds of millions of impressions annually. Revenue will be derived from advertising, sponsorships, and platform revenue-sharing mechanisms. In Years 2–3, the Collective will pursue joint productions with entertainment partners (e.g., Netflix) to develop serialized cultural storytelling campaign content. By Year 4, select full-length feature films are envisioned to expand public engagement and cultural preservation impact.

All revenue streams are governed by reinvestment principles: the nonprofit retains IP ownership, ensures community benefit-sharing, and contracts platform operations through public-private-philanthropic joint ventures.

Governance Model:

  • Artisanal Collective, Inc.
Nonprofit, 100% owner of LLM IP, mission steward, overseeing program execution and service provider contracting, ensuring regulatory compliance and global impact.
  • WH Collection LLC
Manages AI storytelling campaign, ethical brand, gifting, och retail execution. 30% of profits reinvested into Hantverkskollektiv.
  • SynovaX LLC
Under exclusive license to develop, maintain, and commercialize the cultural LLM to scale. 30% of profits reinvested into Hantverkskollektiv.
