Senior Executive Compensation Package

Artisanal Collective is assembling a world-class executive team across its nonprofit and for-profit platforms — unified by a shared mission of cultural empowerment, AI innovation, and inclusive market access. We welcome candidates with global experience, especially those from or based in the Global South.

Our Philosophy

We believe in aligning executive compensation with real responsibility, equity upside, and mission impact. We aim to attract proven leaders who have the strategic, operational, and technical expertise to scale global platforms — while honoring our social purpose.

Compensation varies based on:

  • Global location (cost of living, market rates)

  • Proven executive track record (past roles, scale, complexity)

  • Scope of responsibility (multi-entity oversight, delivery authority)

  • Equity participation and deferred incentives

Equity & Value Participation

Equity packages are tailored to reflect global standards for early-stage leadership and the transformative potential of the AI-powered platforms being built.

A percentage of the equity in our for-profit delivery companies, WH Collection and SynovaX, is reserved for the executive team responsible for the bottom line and valuation success.

  • SynovaX is developing LLM-based training and learning systems for community AI integration, with strong valuation potential in today’s AI infrastructure environment.

  • WH Collection is innovating branded e-commerce and social storytelling platforms with scalable models across digital retail and experiential tourism.

Equity-based incentives are not guaranteed and are structured in compliance with local and international nonprofit governance norms, including clear separation of nonprofit decision-making and for-profit equity participation.
