Description: This role anchors the nonprofit center of gravity. The Executive Director of Artisanal Collective leads donor partnerships, institutional alignment, and convening logic for global program coordination across WH Collection and SynovaX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage $5M+ of co-funded partnerships (e.g., with UNESCO)
- Convene workgroups, task forces, and cultural/donor networks
- Support internal alignment across governance and mission-led rollout
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years leading cultural, donor, or development organizations
- Excellent diplomatic and systems coordination skills
- Able to represent AC across UN, NGO, and civil society ecosystems
